But it’s not just about property strategies – you also need a change in mindset (thoughts, behaviours, attitudes, values). People go rushing off to the “weekend intensive” and then wonder why a few weeks later they haven’t progressed much.
I believe that a little bit of intensive activity followed by a constant drip effect of motivation, accountability, belief and building wealth through property education is required. Ultimately, the action taking belongs to you, the client and my role is to help you develop the most important aspect of mindset: SELF-DISCIPLINE
This is best achieved 1:1 with a mentor you like and trust. I am your backup for the duration of the mentoring.

THE STANDARD MENTORING PACKAGE
The standard mentoring package is designed to fit into your needs and the way you work but will ensure that you get the right focus, right goals, right property plan, right strategies and right systems (fit for purpose) to help you develop your property business.

Basics of property investing and mindset (“your inner and outer world”)
Coverage of all investment strategies with a particular focus on cash flow from a buy-to‐let portfolio

Rental Research and getting a good understanding of the lettings business
One day F2F with the mentor covering BTL, analysing properties online and undertaking financial analysis. Having an intensive day with the mentor re‐enforces and accelerates your learning
Duration
The duration of the standard mentoring program is 1 day at the investors location, regular Zoom calls and ongoing support over a 6-month period (“fair usage” email WhatsApp support during a 6-month period).

The HMO mentoring package
By the end of the mentoring, you will have very thorough knowledge and insight into buying and running an HMO in your area of interest.
If you totally commit and make a real effort during the mentoring, you may have acquired your 1st HMO (assuming a suitable property has been located).

THE LHA STRATEGY MENTORING PACKAGE
Conceptually and practically, learning about the housing benefit sector in general and the LHA strategy, in particular, is time-consuming BUT can be lucrative in terms of maximising the rental profits.
I have a number of mentoring package which will suit different learning styles with different levels of support/cost. These range from a digital product which will be send to you weekly as six modules (or you can choose to receive them all at once) all the way working with me 1:1 over a 12-month period. By the end of the mentoring, you will have thorough knowledge and insight into buying and running LHA strategy properties in your area of interest.

The LHA strategy mentoring program varies from a 8-modular digital package ONLY, right upto to working 1:1 with me for 12 months (which will include the modular digital package and regular 2-weekly calls as required plus “fair usage” email/WhatsApp support during this period).
