LHA Strategy Training
LHA (local Housing Allowance) is also know as Housing Benefit. The LHA Strategy takes all the benefits of renting a BTL property (unfurnished, no bills included etc) and combines it with maximising income.
An additional bonus with this strategy is that Housing Benefit tenants stays for years (I have a number of tenancies that have exceeded 10 years)
